The year 2020 has been chosen by the World Health Organisation as the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife.
This was in honour of the 200 year anniversary of Florence Nightingale’s birth - a pioneer in nursing.
Nurses and Midwives are key to patient-centred care and quality health outcomes for all our patients at Albury Wodonga Health, and are central to the history of Albury and Wodonga Hospitals and community-based care in our region.
