The success of our ‘Progression of Care Hub,’ has significantly improved our capacity to manage patient flow.
Our Midwife Care Program is currently being transitioned to a new model of care called the Maternity Antenatal Postnatal Service (MAPS). This service is free and there will be continuity of care, with one known midwife caring for the pregnancy across the antenatal and postnatal period. The MAPS service will commence early October 2024 and will aim to support more women and their families through their pregnancy and birthing journey.
