If you’re experiencing non-urgent medical symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19 and are seeking access to antiviral medication, you can connect with the 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

The Victorian Virtual ED is an online platform, connecting you with healthcare professionals from the comfort of your own home.

You’ll speak with a team of nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors who can provide medical assistance.

Register for an account with your smartphone, computer, or device, providing simple details to create your profile.

Log in to your account and follow the user-friendly instructions to book a virtual consultation.

Connect with a healthcare professional who will assess your symptoms and provide appropriate medical advice.

Interpreters are available and you can request one during the registration process.
