A Lasting Impact

Our heartfelt thanks go to the Kalimnios family for their ongoing generosity. Their recent gift of $40,000 will support a Clinical Nurse Educator role to support the first Graduate Nurse Program in Dialysis. This role will train and support new nurses in learning the highly specialised skills required to work in Dialysis and will place the Dialysis unit in a more sustainable position to be able to increase the service capacity in the future.
Our end-of-financial year Keeping Kids Calm appeal raised funds for virtual reality headsets and distraction aids to make visits to the Emergency Department less stressful for children, teenagers, and their families. Thank you to the many community members, service clubs and supporters who contributed to easing the journey of our youngest patients needing treatment and care in our E.D.'s,
The Albury Wodonga Health Foundation is immensely grateful for the extraordinary generosity of donors and fundraisers, whose support helped to raise over $650,000 last financial year. These funds have played a pivotal role in many acquisitions and improvements across the health service. The Albury Wodonga Health Foundation is deeply appreciative of the ongoing generosity and dedication of the local community, whose contributions continue to make a lasting difference for patients, their families and our staff.
