Accredited Exercise Physiologists - The Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP’s) hold a four-year university degree and are allied health professionals who specialise in the delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. Current evidence supports physical activity and exercise as an integral treatment for both primary and secondary prevention and the treatment of chronic disease. Our AEPs work within multidisciplinary teams to offer hospital and home based services to chronic condition patients, such as cardiac, respiratory, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychological and metabolic.
The AEP’s at Albury Wodonga Health work in the following outpatients services: -
- Albury Campus: Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC)
- Wodonga Hospital: Community Rehabilitation Centre (CRC) and Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP)
