Pulmonary rehabilitation offers both group and indivdual exercise and for people with chronic lung disease who are symptomatic. The Pulmonary Rehabiliation team help people recover from an recent respiratory event, decrease the risk of further respiratory event and learn how they can manage their symptoms.
The programs are run in a group format and include both exercise and education. Individual education sessions can be arranged as well. Education is provided by a multidisciplinary team that includes Nurses, Dieticians, Social workers, Physiotherapists, Exercise physiologists and Occupational therapists.
